The aim of this 4 week program is to enable participants to learn how to relax quickly and consciously. We look at ways to reduce stress using practical meditation techniques. This program is suitable to people who are new to meditation or looking to reconnect with their practice. The approach is practical and straightforward.
Learn meditation and all its wonderful benefits for discovering your full potential. Each evening will be focused on mindfulness that contributes to your health, well-being, peacefulness and spirituality. We will explore a variety of techniques including guided visualisation and silent meditation. There will be a time for discussion after our meditation.
